Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Every app comes with a free trial, so you can try everything before you pay. If you buy and then change your mind, you get your money back.
How to ask
Within 14 days of your purchase, do one of these:
- Reply to your license email, or write to licenses@slashdivision.com with your order number (it starts with
txn_and is in the license email). - Or use the link in the receipt from Paddle, our reseller, to ask Paddle directly.
You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
Paddle sends the full amount back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank, usually a few working days.
The license key stops working once the app next checks for refunds, which it does about once a week when your Mac is online. The app then asks you to unlock it again at the next Play. A track that is already playing is never stopped.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something is wrong with the app. We will look at it and try to help.
